Single Analogue Lines (PSTN)

These are your basic single lines which enable a single use of a line at a time.  They are generally used as a phone or fax line and to give broadband (broadband can only be installed on a single analogue line) access.

The minimum lead time for installing a new single analogue line is 3 working days.

The following Calling Features are available on single analogue lines.  Click the product name for further details and usage instructions.

  • Outbound Call Barring - admin or customer controlled;
  • Inbound Call Barring - admin or customer controlled;
  • Call Diversion - divert incoming calls to another UK number or mobile, you can control the divert yourself from your handset;
  • Smart Divert - same as the above Call Diversion but with the added benefit of being able to control the divert remotely - useful if you can't access your office and need to place an emergency divert on your lines;
  • Call Minder - voicemail service;
  • Call Return (1471) - find out the last number that called you and return the call;
  • Call Waiting - a gentle beep alerts you that another call is coming in. You then have the option to end the original call and take the new call, swap between both calls, or continue with your current call;
  • Caller Display - display the telephone number that is calling you;
  • Reminder Call;
  • Ring Back
  • Three Way Calling;
  • Call Sign.
