We are currently experiencing problems with some customers who are routing over the Cable and Wireless network, for either their outbound call services or inbound (0800 / 0845 etc).

This issue is effecting the entire Cable and Wireless network and can be remedied temporarily by prefixing your telephone call with 1280 which will force your call away from the effected Cable and Wireless network.

We have been assured by Cable and Wireless that their engineers are currently dealing with the issue and they hope to have this resolved shortly.

We apologise for any inconvienience but you should be fine to dial out using the 1280 prefix in the meantime.

 

UPDATE 15:51 - This issue should now be resolved and you should be able to dial out as normal.
