This is Call Diversion with Remote Control which gives you the ability to operate your diversion functionality remotely. Smart Divert provides greater flexibility than basic Call Diversion as it can be remotely activated at any time. Calls can be diverted to another number anywhere in the UK, most overseas destinations and mobile phones. The system is accessed using an access number and PIN which we will supply to you. When a diversion is no longer required it can be cancelled in the same way as standard Call Diversion. Smart Divert can be activated from any telephone that has a Touch-Tone (Multi-frequency) capability, in a similar way to Call Diversion.
