If you make a call and hear an engaged tone, then press ‘5’ to request Ring Back. An announcement will tell you if the network is able to accept your request. Alternatively, you will hear a rejection announcement or continue to hear the engaged tone if the network is not able to accept the request. The busy number will be monitored by the network for up to 45 minutes. When the number becomes free, yourphone will ring with a distinctive ringing tone.
