Caller Display can be provided against a maximum of 10 lines at an installation (single lines or up to 10 Auxiliary working lines).

Instructions for use

Caller Display will display the number of the person calling you on your handset screen.  A Caller Display phone or other suitable Caller Display unit is required for customers to benefit from this service. Instructions are specific to the appropriate apparatus.

NOTE: The telephone number of the following types of calls cannot be received:

• Charge card Calls
• Most calls from outside the UK
• Calls withheld by 141 or permanent number withholding
• Calls originating from some non BT networks
• Calls from some Payphones
• Calls from rural exchanges
