Mark Green – Director

Mark balances his life between delivering quality services to the customers of Green Networks and the other INW group businesses, with a young family and a commitment to public service. Mark has worked across sectors delivering high quality solutions to business customers, using technology where possible to deliver extra value, efficiency and effectiveness. Mark has also played a significant role in supporting local communities supporting Schools as a Governor; the Police working for Community Safety: local campaigns to improve road safety; and as a Parish Councillor. The launch of Green Networks is an important part of Mark’s commitment to ensuring that there should be no compromise between delivering valuable services in responsible manner.

Tim Mears - Director

As one of the most experienced senior sales people in the industry, Tim has experience of delivering telecoms solutions to a wide range of customers. Tim was pivotal in the development of one of the UK’s largest telecoms sales channels for a major telecoms network. Since then Tim has experienced all elements of the UK telecoms market with carriers, resellers and specialist providers . Tim has a wide understanding of all elements of fixed line, data and mobile communications. Tim has focused INW on the delivery of bespoke services to the customers ensuring that customers get the most relevant services and the best value service.

 .Paul Formby - Chairman

After a successful career in the City, Paul played a pivotal role in the development of numerous companies several of which were public and quoted on the London Stock Exchange. The activities of these companies ranged from investment trusts and fund management, property development and investment to housebuilding, engineering and distribution. Paul was also a Director of several Business Expansion Scheme funds focused on the provision of development capital for existing businesses.

Between 1982 and 1996, as Chairman and Chief Executive, Paul developed a small industrial distribution business from sales of £283,000 with 30 customers to sales of over £70 million with over 5,000 customers throughout the world.
He introduced the initial start up capital for Intelligent Networks Limited (then called CPS Connections Limited) in 2002 and became a partner in Internetworks Telecom Limited in 2006 before the two were merged with the creation of the INW Group in September 2007

Richard Tonkinson - Director

After graduating from The University of Edinburgh in 1999 Richard went into the City, initially with Rothschilds, then with Williams de Broe and finally Citigroup. Richard has experience in a wide range of money markets and has worked on numerous corporate transactions including AIM admissions, acquisitions, mergers and fund-raisings. Latterly Richard was head of brokerage for UK equities at Citigroup sitting on key executive committees. Writing for investment publications, Richard was Money Week’s stock-picker of the year 2005. Richard now co-runs a Venture Capital fund applying his skills to the active development of a select group of smaller companies ranging from media to carbon-trading. Richard became a director of the INW Group in 2007.
